Some of the general practices and community pharmacies across North, East and South Ayrshire will remain open over the September holiday weekend to help relieve pressure on out-of-hours services.
GPs will be open to offer treatment for non-coronavirus (COVID-19) related health issues where it is safe to do so from Friday September 18 to Monday 21.
Community pharmacies have also been requested to remain open where possible to support the wider efforts of NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
