Drugs and a four figure sum of cash have been seized during a raid in Mauchline.
Police forced entry to a property in Robert Burns Place at around 10.25am yesterday.
During a search, officers, in possession of a Sheriff Search Warrant, found a quantity of alleged class A and C substances.
A 50 year-old-man will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal for the alleged possession of controlled drugs.
The four figure sum of money was recovered during the search and has been seized under Proceeds of Crime legislation.
Chief Inspector Steven Meikle, area commander for East Ayrshire, said: "We are committed to tackling the scourge of drugs on our community and to working with local people and our partners to support the most vulnerable.
"We will continue to act on information provided by local residents and I would therefore encourage anyone with concerns about crime in their community to contact us."
