Motiv8 sessions are suitable for everyone, whether it’s for rehabilitation, weight loss, or you just want some points and tips on best exercises.
They offer single and group sessions.
The cost for members is £16 single at £10 per person for group session (max four people) and non-members £20 single or £12 per person for group session (max four people).
Time slots are filling fast and people are encouraged to book soon.
