STAFF at Dumfries House have celebrated the fifth anniversary of the opening of the estate’s Pierburg Building and Kauffman Education Gardens.
To celebrate the milestone, staff hosted an open day to allow members of the local community and visitors to gain an insight into the education programmes and learn more about ways in which they can cultivate their own fruit and vegetables at home.
The facility is used to introduce school pupils to gardening, food production and fresh produce.
