PEASTON Dr Walter Campbell Peaston Sadly passed away on 9th December 2022, aged 82 years. He was born on 10th August 1940, in Greenock, where he was brought up. He graduated from University and went on to do research abroad before finally settling down in Ayrshire where he worked as a principal teacher of chemistry at Auchinleck Academy. He leaves behind his wife, Eileen, his sons Brian and Ian, his daughter Laura, and stepsons Nicholas and Christopher, as well as his 10 grandchildren. The Funeral Service will take place at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, Dreghorn, KA11 4EF on Friday 6th January 2023 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please. There will be an opportunity to donate to Centre Point Charity, who help homeless young people, after the ceremony.
