PLANNING APPLICATION CONSULTATION NOTICE
Powhornal Surface Mine Site-Revised Restoration Strategy

In keeping with commitments made following the initial consultation meeting, Mines Restoration Ltd (MRL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Scottish Mines Retoration Trust Limited, is pleased to invite members of the public to a consultation event regarding are revised restoration
The event will provide information on proposed revisions to the approved restoration and after-use plan for the Powharnal surface mine, including the Dalfad amenity area.
Personnel will be on hand to respond to any queries lodged and will note comments for onward transmission.
Comments made to MRL or to MRL's representatives at the revent will not be regarded as representations to the planning authority.
Should MRL decide to proceed with an application, there will be any opportunity for both individuals and community groups to make representations to the planning authority.
