The B705 road between Auchinleck and Catrine is partially closed due to an ongoing police incident involving a tractor on fire.
Police were alerted to the burning vehicle this morning, Tuesday, May 4.
No-one has been injured in the blaze and the road has since partially reopened.
Bus services have also been affected by the incident and passengers may experience delays for the 50 service between Kilmarnock and Cumnock and the 43 service.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were alerted to the report of a tractor on fire on the B705 road between Auchinleck and Catrine.
"There are no report of any injuries and the road is now partially opened at this time."
